My wife enjoyed a very nice birthday dinner. We love fine dining birthday celebrations. Joking! We understand he is closing some of his restaurants, and with the food here (especially compared to the other options in town), we can see why. Needless to say, we had dessert just a short time later.

I found this place's reviews a little overrated. A small dish of soggy noodles with a white cheese sauce and 3 very small pieces of lobster on top. I got the most lame excuss from the manager about the wine. I did the tasting menu dinner, and it was certainly true to form. I ordered the 4 course tasting menu. Poke bowl is Cajun? He was outstanding, but the food, quantity and prices were underwhelming. My husband enjoyed his clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, and deconstructed wedge salad. Great food - great service - great desserts! I got the Creole Seafood Boil entree, which is the norm for me for places that offer similar. Jambalaya was decent but seasoning was mild by Cajun standards. Every recommendation I asked for and was made by the servers, was spot on. The portions were so small, they were like “just a taste” of the meal. Taking corona virus into account the menu seemed to be slimmed down. With shows being dark, we decided to eat in a gourmet restaurant every day. Emeril’s has always been a favorite & mandatory stop whenever we come to Vegas, so we were quite shocked that we were disappointed with our recent experience.

Excellent ‘signature’ seafood dishes and good salad - a must for me. We were mistaken, we all agreed it was our...least favorite. We got charged $60 for a bottle of wine that said $30, come to find out thats for half the bottle. Would definitely come back again! The food was fabulous. This includes info about cleaning, sanitising, social distancing, and usage of personal protective equipment. It was a great sandwich until I bit into a piece of shell/bone. The service was a little slow but besides that it was well with it. We paid $200 for our meal......not going back again. We always tip a minimum of 30% on our check & even more with the Covid shutdowns to try to help servers recover for having less tables. My wife and I have wanted to go to Emril’s for years, but never had the chance until this weekend and it was absolutely worth the wait! Overall a great dining experience. I opted to sit at the bar and was well taken care of by the bartender....I knew what I wanted and ordered the king crab grilled cheese. The Bananas foster desert was garbage. Seafood, Creole, Creole / Cajun / Southern. The wine list was very reasonable so we had...a bottle with dinner and even had a second bottle to-go! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Wow...my favorite competitor in town has the same dish at the same price and it is simply outstanding. Dylan the sommelier was one of the best we ever had. Awesome bread pudding! The restaurant was beautiful service was fantastic and food was amazing.
