We do keep a smaller stock of larger robes and after investigating this further and liaising with our Duty Manager it would appear that these were all unfortunately in use during the time of your visit. I'm not sure I do recommend this spa as I think it's a bit ordinary. I don't think it's managed with the customer in mind. I was really looking forward to it. I asked for a bigger robe but was told that the bigger robes had already been given out. Better than ok not excellent, probably good! I can recommend the roof top pool in the pouring rain, what a great sensation and the various sauna's are well worth a visit. The thermae spa was really lovely with two different heated pools of natural heated water (one was outside with gorgeous views and it was raining when we were there which was incredible). It is all communal changing rooms which were clean and you are given a robe, slippers and a towel. In Italy even less famous places compared to Bath have way better Spa and Thermal Bath. Thermae can be busy at weekends and over holiday periods and the half term is also one of our busiest weeks of the year. We went on a Tuesday morning at 11am and had to queue for around 30 minutes, the concept is nice and it being natural thermae water sounds pretty special but it is not worth the £34 per person! Loved the pool areas . Very good value for money. The only small negative was the very long queue to get in (nearly 2 hours all day, we went several times throughout the day but it didn't seem to ever go down) and some people got refused entry in front of us for drinking in the queue - worth knowing about. Our therapists are trained to maintain the relaxing atmosphere all the way through a treatment and into the consultation at the end. I think I would prefer to visit mid week, presumably less busy. 4. Beautiful mineral waters. I booked a day at this spa after not taking a break in over a year after setting up a charity in London. As Bath is a popular destination for days out and short breaks, Saturdays & Sundays tend to be the busiest days at the Spa, however there can also be the occasional busy period during the week. Utilising elements of traditional Georgian architecture to create strikingly elegant surroundings, warm light and garden scenes fill the space, while water trickles from an ornate fountain.

We've just been there and it's definitely one of the most impressive Spa I've ever been.Very clean and organised, not too much busy even if it was Saturday and lots of people were there.Even the conditioner was provided into the showers.
