The owners are fantastic hosts and do everything to ensure your food, drinks and experience are top notch. The food at Fly Fish Guanaja is fresh, sourced locally, homemade and prepared with love from our culinary team. Our food came and it was fantastic, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the rice that came with it along with the plantains were amazing.

The value and price of the food and meals is extremely reasonable. We arrived around 6pm it was quiet my wife and I were the only people in the restaurant. When we arrived it was just before sunset and enjoyed seeing 5-6 hummingbirds drinking from the feeder.
The talk of "all those steps" is way over blown - its a few steps for anyone who is able to walk. The sunset was exceptional. My...friend and I both had the Lionfish.
