Xavier Employers are required to post all available positions and hire from the Federal Work Study pool of students whenever possible. Positions left unfilled from this pool of students, as well as other positions are open to all students to compete for.

This was a more relaxed atmosphere and the Xavier University staff kept the workplace culture feeling like a family environment. Clearer expectations would go a long way in preventing employees from feeling as if they are of no value to the University.
