Everything I’ve baked with TJ’s flours, both white whole wheat and regular flour have been from terrible to not good. As I mentioned, the Trader Joe's flour is just a small part of these.

In the past I used Gold Metal (and another, can’t remember the brand) unbleached white and whole wheat flours with excellent results.

We haven't tasted them yet. Ivy, I don't have a strong opinion of the TJ's flour yet, but the label says it it 100% white whole wheat and it claims to have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
