What is the UBE?

The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) designs the questions to test basic elements of different subjects of law. The Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) is developed by NCBE and consists of six 30-minute questions. The Multistate Essay Exam is part of the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE).
