I arrived at 3-45 this afternoon and was told the kitchen was closed, despite the shop being full of customers. . We were able to have our tea pot refilled - they had a orange cream tea (it was OK - and enjoyed that) and then we had a green tea with mango and citrus - our favorite by far. my husband thought is was so good; I wasn't a fan - that's OK! An Earl Grey was served first.
Also - the music selection was lovely but seemed a tad loud and that made people feel they really needed to speak up to be heard across tables - maybe if the music was just a little softer, it would be easier to visit????
