I spent 3 years eating mostly bread and junk food, haha. One question – have you ever tried using this sauce with Ezekiel brand spaghetti? I am in the middle of a big bowl of this and am already wondering if I will be able to fit in another. lol. Though I bet some Daiya and a little oven time would also be delicious, but maybe not in June. When a drop of water sizzles upon hitting the pan, reduce heat to medium-low and add the cumin seeds. I’ve tried brown rice linguine before and thought it was pretty tasty, but definitely not quite the same as whole wheat or other pastas. I. I think I might challenge myself to try at least ONE vegan recipe every month…. I have to say I tried making 4 cups of this recipe today and I was surprised.
