This is an issue within my school because only a certain demographic is being educated properly in the way of college readiness. In the Honors/AP track, my son has had exceptional teachers who are not only well qualified to teach their subjects, but are also engaging and committed to their students. Although the academics are favorable for advanced placement students such as myself, who are naturally keen to picking up material, students in regular placement classes aren't pushed or challenged in class. I have been to 3 different schools and Teurlings is different than any other school. School is fun! When I entered high school in 2017 as a freshman, Southside started with only freshman and sophomores. There are so many different opportunities for me to be the best person I can be. Comeaux is also moderately diverse. There is a plethora of clubs to choose from, and simply stepping onto the campus can make you feel uplifted. There are some harsh teachers who can sometimes be rude to students, but overall Comeaux is a great school! Niche requires Javascript to work correctly. The school itself is very clean! There's the Immersion program, where students can learn in a whole different language. It has a student teacher ratio of 16.9 to 1.
