With recipes like Pork and Pomegranate Tabbouleh and a fruity tray bake we can all fall in love with lunch again. James Martin's recipes are easy to follow, and turn out looking pretty much as they are in the book. But I'm ok with that as I can't cook anything other than a cheese toastie and I'm called James.
