When reviewing others' reviews it is easy to distinguish those that are written by customers that are simply angry and those that truly want to provide valuable information for future residents. Great amenities, they keep the neighborhood clean and the valet trash is so convenient! They have no crime protection and more than 15 cars had windows broken in the last months we lived there. Just recently I was held at gunpoint in the parking by a man who LIVES HERE TOO! We wanted to give management the benefit of the doubt and hoped they would reconsider our positions. Side note: They have been replacing tile roofing since we moved in.
This is the second Gables community I have lived in. The neighborhood looks good and the staff is friendly. Glad I moved out 2 years ago, crime still a big issue in this neighborhood.
Also, it is our plan to update the fitness center later this year so be on the look out for more information regarding that.

West Boca Raton remains a popular relocation spot to this day due to its award-winning schools, peaceful atmosphere, and convenience to excellent shopping, dining, and employment options. I don't know if they need better "quality" control of the tenants considering it has a lot of potential with it's biggest perk being it's location. Find the best home layout for your lifestyle by exploring the choices below. They have a lot of college kids that pack apartments and can take up 6 parking spots for a 3 bedroom. We'd like the opportunity to speak with you directly so that we may address your concerns and improve in our service to our current residents. Our garbage disposal has been broken for two days, we reported the problem on Friday morning, an email was sent back to us telling us the service request was fulfilled on Friday afternoon, Friday night I came home from work to make dinner and found the disposal still broken. We recommend that you visit the police station or their website to get more information on safety and protecting yourself. Be absolute certain that the sticker they give you (and you must ask a parking pass for each vehicle-we were given 1 for 2 vehicles)can be seen.

When we left maintenance was to come for a walk through, they never showed up and i had to beg them to come as they dont do the final walk through on the weekends and we were moving. Literally. valet trash whether you want it or like it. And finally on the way out we spent hours cleaning and was cleared by maintenance only to get a letter that they wanted more money to refinish a shower. Have had bad experiences with transfers at Boca place. We appreciate all comments from our residents.

Why would you send out an email saying a problem is fixed when it is clearly not?Gables Boca Place refuses to accept responsibility for any of their mistakes, and will generally make your life a living hell. When we went to the leasing office and expressed our concerns about what potentially could happen if the perpetrator were to return to the premises, we were told that if we had any concerns, we should call the police.
It's time to get moving on finding your next place. The roof has been leaking since I moved in in August with currently no estimation as to how long it's going to take to fix it. Our community amenities are thoughtfully designed with fun and convenience to make the most of your everyday living experience. We look forward to hearing from you. I think if they improved their amenities by updating the pool lounge chairs and tables, they gym certainly needs help, removed the tennis/basketball/through-way fenced in court and turned it into green space they can give this place the face lift it needs. The individual(s) did no research into my concerns, believes we still reside at the residence, obviously did not read my review as they weren't certain as to what my concerns were.....I believe this response falls into my initial assessments.Time to move on. This is especially disturbing since many families make up most of the community.
